The Treesmill subdivision comprises 80+ half-duplex homes and free-standing villa/patio homes in south Overland Park (zip code 66223), just south of 151st Street on the west side of Metcalf Avenue. Most of these homes were built in the early 1990s. Treesmill is located in the Blue Valley School District. Low, monthly homeowners association (HOA) dues cover lawn care, snow removal, trash pickup, curbside recycling, and exterior paint. The HOA recently voted to not allow rentals.
