Selling a home in today’s low-inventory real estate market is easy and fun. Just kidding! It is still a lot of work but the payff is so worth it.
There has never been a better time to sell because of record-low inventory and low interest rates, but some homes still languish on the market. Why is that? Buyers have unrealistically high expectations, possibly because of watching too many home décor shows. Some sellers want to price their homes the same as the homes that have all the updates and amenities, and that never works out.

Many agents will just do your photos with their phone, and that is no good! I also hire a professional videographer to do a walkthrough video of the home and drone photography of the neighborhood.
