Village Cooperative of Olathe

It is a very rare occurrence to see a coop listed for sale in the MLS (multiple listing service). Buying a home in a cooperative is completely different than any other type of home because you are buying shares in the cooperative. The monthly (cooperative association) dues are higher than an HOA (about $1,850 monthly), but they take care of just about everything, even inside the unit.
