The Parkway Village subdivision is one of the few 55+ communites in the KC area. It is located at Parallel Parkway, just east of I-435. The monthly maintenance fees are much lower than most communities. Those dues take care of lawn maintenance, snow removal, and the use of a club house. What really makes them shine is that they are for owner-occupants (no rentals, except for a few that were rented originally). They were built from about 2003 through 2005. Only a handful sell every year, so make sure you can jump on it as soon as you see one here.
