This is one crazy name for a subdivision--Noise Bucket Estates! I had to check the county records because I thought it was some kind of joke. But I have the plat and it is real. The name makes sense as it is very close to the railroad tracks. In any event, homes aren’t listed like this in our MLS (multiple listing service) as it does not have a subdivision category for Noise Bucket Estates. The homes are listed as “Other” in Lenexa. I love it when people have a sense of humor! Let’s have more goofy subdivision names. And speaking of goofy, call Deb Staley to help you buy or sell a home in Lenexa.
