Lionsgate Villas and Lionsgate Club Villas

The various Lionsgate subdivisions comprise regular single-family homes and maintenance-provided villas--Lionsgate Villas and Lionsgate Club Villas. The maintenance included in the villas is mowing, snow removal, trash/recycle, and the use of a club house, putting green, tennis courts, and party room. Lionsgate is a gated community. The homes association dues vary.
